The land is well maintained, dry with a pleasant lawn. Firewood is stored in the outbuilding. The neighbours are quiet and friendly. 3 km away is the sea and the sunset terrace of Skulte pier. 2.5 km away is Zvejniekciems stadium for sports activities, Zvejniekciems Culture House and Zvejniekciems secondary school. Zvejniekciems Railway Station is 1.5 km away on foot. The nearest grocery store "Elvi" is 3.5 km away. There are spring water intakes 1 km away. The distance to the centre of Riga is 52 km. Roads are cleared in winter.
New windows have been ordered for the veranda and will be installed by the owner until the property is in the hands of the new owner. In the basement there is a possibility to install a boiler and connect it to the flue without any problems.
